  NAPARS Event Cancellation Policy
  This policy applies to all NAPARS conferences and standalone courses.
  
  CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY
  
  If an attendee cancels their enrollment in a NAPARS conference:
  30 days or more before the start date: No penalty
  29–14 days before the start date: 50% of fees forfeited
  13 days or fewer before the start date: 100% of fees forfeited
  No‑shows forfeit 100% of fees.
  
  CANCELLATION PROCESS & SUBSTITUTIONS (ALL EVENTS)
  
  All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or letter).
  Phone cancellations are not accepted.
  Attendees may substitute for another participant at any time without penalty by providing written notice.
  
  PAYMENTS & INVOICING
  
  NAPARS permits invoicing for event registrations.
  Invoices must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the event start date.
  Unpaid invoices may result in automatic cancellation.
  Exceptions may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
  
  NAPARS‑CANCELED EVENTS
  
  If NAPARS cancels an event due to insufficient enrollment, attendees will be notified by email at least 30 days prior to the scheduled start date.
  NAPARS is not responsible for non‑refundable travel expenses.
  Full refunds will be issued for fees paid.
