The 2008 membership renewal process has begun. All current memberships expire on December 31, 2007. The renewal letter/forms and other important member information concerning new enhancements to the website and member benefits will be going out in the mail during the month of November . To maintain your membership in good standing and maintain your access to the new “members only” section of the website, all renewals must be returned upon receipt.

If your membership renewal has not been received and processed by January 15, 2008 , your access to the “members only section” to the website, including access and display of your listing as a member in good standing will be removed until you submit your renewal. In addition, your receipt of the new Collision Magazine will be interrupted .

The new member roster and members only section will now play a very significant roll in your ability to gain access to the restricted areas of the website and will mean that your free public access expert/member listing will also be removed. In addition, these new enhancements will allow you access to such items as voting on bylaws amendments, and voting. And finally, it is very important for each member to insure that the address information is kept current, as the mailing labels for your Collision Magazine and other correspondence is generated from this database.

If you are a current member and you do not receive a notice, or if you failed to renew your membership in 2007 , please contact us so that we can make arrangements to correct this problem and get your access to the website and receipt of the Collision Magazine without further interruption.
