Patrick Burley is 53 years old and lives in Prince Frederick, Maryland with his wife Gloria. Pat has over 30 years of experience in law enforcement. He retired recently from the Prince George's County, Maryland police department where he served for 27 years. The last 13 years he served as a member of the Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit. Pat received his reconstruction training through I.P.T.M. and Texas A & M and is A.C.T.A.R. accredited. He is currently working as an accident investigator for Tierney Liability Investigators, Inc. and specializes in product liability defense investigations. Pat has been an active member of NAPARS since 1988 and has served its members on the Board of Directors from 1990 to 1992. Pat has been Vice President of NAPARS since 1995 and is also President of the Maryland Association of Traffic Accident Investigators and sits on the Board of Directors for NATARI.
