Cpl. Hugh Bean

Representing the Law Enforcement Community Cpl. Hugh Bean (Ocean City (Maryland) Police Department Hugh Bean is 46 years old and resides in Ocean City, Maryland with his wife Kathy and son Alex, and new daughter Meghan. He is currently a 23 year veteran of the Ocean City Police Department, where he is currently assigned to their Traffic Safety Unit. Hugh is an ACTAR accredited reconstructionist, NHTSA CPS Instructor. While Hugh has only been a member of NAPARS since 2001 he has been on the Board of Directors of the Maryland Association since 1987, and has worked closely with the NAPARS board in the past. Hugh most recently was the local representative to the Joint Conference in Ocean City.
