Gary Vencill resides
in Eugene, Oregon with his wife, Laura. Gary holds a B.S. degree
in Criminology from Southern Oregon University and a M.S. Degree
in Public Affairs (Management) from the University of Oregon.
Gary spent seven years as an Oregon State Trooper and eight years
as a Eugene, Oregon Police Officer prior to becoming a self employed
Accident Reconstruction Consultant. He has been employed as an
Accident Reconstruction Consultant /Legal Investigator by the
law firm of Johnson, Clifton, Larson & Corson in Eugene, Oregon
since 1995.
Gary is an Accredited Reconstructionists
(ACTAR#391) and has extensive training from Northwestern University,
IPTM,USC Riverside, WATAI, SOAR, FARO and MATAI. Gary is a Senior
Chief Port Security Specialist in the Coast Guard Reserve and
is currently assigned as a Marine Casualty Investigator for Group
Portland, Oregon. Gary has been an active member of NAPARS since
1992 and is currently NAPARS's Representative
on the Governing Board of Directors for ACTAR. |
