| Chuck Pembleton is 54 years old and resides in Waldorf, Maryland. He has two grown and married children, Chad who is pursuing a career in computer programming and a daughter Carrie who is a schoolteacher, and a new grandson, and three more on the way this summer. He has been involved in accident investigation and accident reconstruction for more than 30 years. He is a former police officer in Prince George’s County, Maryland, and has been a private crash reconstruction consultant since 1987.
Mr. Pembleton is a founding and active member of NAPARS since 1984. He held many elected positions in NAPARS including, as Secretary (1984 – 1986), President (1988 – 1990) and as a member of the Board of Directors (1989 – 1994), and most recently as President again from 1995 to 2004. Chuck is currently serving as immediate past president and Corporate Administrator and continues to take an active role in the leadership and direction of the Association. |
